My loan application was denied – what is the process for getting this reviewed?
If Plenti declines your application, you will receive a notification explaining (where possible) the main reasons. You can request a review by following these steps:
- Review the eligibility criteria – Ensure you meet all scheme conditions (property location, approved battery, VPP requirement, income cap, etc.) and that your household income is correctly reported.
- Check your documentation – Errors or missing information can result in a decline. Confirm that your ID, income statements, expenses and vendor details are correct and up to date.
- Contact Plenti – If you believe your application should be reconsidered, contact Plenti’s customer service team. Provide any additional information that may strengthen your application (e.g., updated payslips, proof of reduced debts, or corrected details). Plenti will carry out a reassessment and let you know the outcome.
- Discuss options with your battery vendor – Your vendor may be able to adjust the system quote to ensure the loan amount and rebate align with program limits wa.gov.au.
A review does not guarantee approval; however, it ensures your application has been assessed based on all available information.
