The process for uploading and downloading documents within the Broker Portal is very simple.
Uploading a Document
1. Log into the broker portal and click ‘View’ on the desired application
2. When you arrive at the selected application, scroll down the page to view the option for uploading documents
3. Under the ‘Supporting documents’ section, you should see an option to upload a document. Click this button to continue
Downloading a Document
1. Log into the broker portal and click ‘View’ on the desired settled application
2. Navigate to the right-hand side of the selected settled application screen. Under ‘Credit details’ there is an option to download the contract

Brokers at Plenti have four main points of contact they can reach out to if they need assistance with anything.
Business Development Managers (BDMs)
Your BDMs is here to assist you with anything you may need. Reaching out via a phone call is the quickest way to get in touch – you may also send an email.
Relationship Managers (RMs)
Like BDMs, your RM is also there to support you on transactions and deals, and assist in answering any questions you may have. Phone calls are the best way to get in touch, but their inboxes are also open for emails.

Live Chat
Plenti also supports a Live Chat function within the Broker Portal – once you gain access to the portal, you can chat with Broker Support live.
If a borrower is ahead of their repayment schedule, they may qualify to reamortise their loan, which will reduce their monthly repayment amount.
Borrowers can reduce their balance by making additional payments, increasing their monthly direct debit amount or by paying a lump sum on the balance. Once they have done this, they have two options:
- Reamortise the loan, which allows them to make reduced monthly repayments for the remainder of their loan term, or
- Finish repaying the loan early with no early termination fees, thanks to the extra repayments they’ve made
Reamortisation is a great option for borrowers who want to increase their monthly cashflow during their loan term thanks to a lower required monthly repayment. In some cases, a lower required monthly repayment may improve serviceability for a new mortgage as well, so your customer can buy the right property at the right time.
With Plenti, borrowers are able to reamortise their loan right from their borrower portal. There’s no requirement for phone calls, emails, or in-person signatures.
