Plenti Asset Finance Broker – Prezzee E-Gift Card Promotion Terms and Conditions (the “Promotion”) September 2026

The Terms and Conditions for the Promotion are set out below.

Submitting a loan application to Plenti RE Limited (“Plenti”) during the Promotion Period is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Eligible Asset Finance Broker.

Eligible Asset Finance Broker means a broker accredited by Plenti for the distribution of Plenti's Commercial Asset Finance products.

1. The Promotion

1.1 This Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Monday 28 September 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on Wednesday 30 September 2026 (“Promotion  Period”) and is available only to Eligible Asset Finance Brokers who satisfy the Eligibility Criteria during the Promotion Period.

1.2 A loan for which an E-Gift Card is provided under this Promotion Offer cannot also be counted towards any other Plenti promotion or incentive, unless Plenti agrees otherwise in writing. This clause does not affect any commission payable to an Eligible Asset Finance Broker under its Introducer Agreement.

1.3 For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Asset Finance Broker may receive multiple Prezzee e-gift cards, one for each loan that meets the Eligibility Criteria of this Promotion, during the Promotion Period.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 An Eligible Asset Finance Broker will receive from Plenti, a 1 x $150 Prezzee e-gift card (“E-Gift Card”) for each loan that meets all of the below conditions (“Eligibility Criteria”), during the Promotion Period:

2.1.1 the loan application is submitted for an applicant in respect of Plenti’s Commercial Asset Finance products through the Plenti Broker Portal; and

2.1.2 the loan is unconditionally approved; and

2.1.3 the loan is drawn down by the Customer.

2.2 This Promotion applies only to Plenti Commercial Asset Finance products. It does not extend to other Plenti products, including without limitation personal loans, consumer car loans or renewable energy loans.

3. Accessing the E-Gift Card

33.1 Plenti will provide the E-Gift Card via email to the Eligible Asset Finance Broker’s email address held by Plenti, within 5 business days of the Promotion Period concluding. 

3.2 The E-Gift Card is subject to any relevant Prezzee terms and conditions.

4. Other terms

4.1 Terms in these terms and conditions have the same meaning as in the Introducer Agreement unless otherwise stated.

4.2 A loan application must be submitted in accordance with the Eligible Asset Finance Broker’s existing Introducer Agreement and Guidelines.

4.3 Each Eligible Asset Finance Broker must comply with all laws applicable to a loan application, including without limitation, laws relating to the acceptance and/or disclosure of commissions to their Customers.

4.4 Plenti may withhold an E-Gift Card if it reasonably considers that an Eligible Asset Finance Broker has not complied with clause 4.2 or 4.3. 

4.5 Plenti is not responsible for any loan application, E-Gift Card, or any other information lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit that is outside of Plenti’s control.

4.6 Plenti will determine, acting reasonably and in good faith, any question as to:

  1. Whether a broker is an Eligible Asset Finance Broker
  2. Whether a loan satisfies the Eligibility Criteria, including whether and when the loan application was submitted and the loan was unconditionally approved and drawn down, which Plenti will determine by reference to its records; and
  3. The number of E-Gift Cards to which an Eligible Asset Finance Broker is entitled under this Promotion.

4.7 It is the responsibility of the Eligible Asset Finance Broker to ensure that their correct email is held by Plenti.

4.8 Plenti reserves the right to amend this Promotion at any time. If it does so, it will provide notice to the Eligible Asset Finance Brokers.

4.9 Plenti reserves the right to not approve a loan application in accordance with its policies and procedures.

4.10 Any amount payable under this Promotion is inclusive of GST (if applicable).

4.11 This agreement will be governed by and construed according to the laws in force in the State of New South Wales. Each party unconditionally and irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales and all appellate Courts from such Courts.

5. Privacy

5.1 We may collect and disclose personal information in relation to this Promotion to third parties who assist us or are necessary for us to conduct the Promotion, including to issuers of the E-Gift Card. This may include your email address and name.
