Broker Welcome 100% CAF Discount Terms and Conditions
For brokers only.
This Promotion is available to accredited brokers with Plenti, who submit a broker-referred customer application for a consumer unsecured personal loan or a consumer automotive loan during the Offer Period.
This Promotion is available for brokers only that are accredited with Plenti and receive a promotional email or communication directly from Plenti in relation to the Promotion, and does not extend to other types of referrers to Plenti (including but not limited to solar installers, lawyers and other third party referrers).
The Terms and Conditions for the Broker Welcome 100% CAF Discount Promotion (the Promotion) are set out below. By applying for an unsecured personal loan or a consumer automotive loan during the Offer Period, the broker agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions that apply to use of the Plenti Website.
1. The Promotion
1.1. The Promotion commences at 12:00 am AEDT on Monday 28 July 2025 until withdrawn by Plenti.
1.2. A broker who satisfies the Eligibility Criteria set out in clause 2.1 during the Offer Period are eligible for a 100% Credit Assistance Fee (CAF) Discount to be applied on their first consumer unsecured personal loan or consumer automotive loan application for the broker-referred customer, subject to these Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, this offer can only be redeemed once.
1.3. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
1.4. If there is any inconsistency between the Loan Contract and these Terms and Conditions, then the Loan Contract will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
2. Eligibility Criteria
2.1. The broker is eligible to participate in the Promotion where they meet all of the following conditions (Eligibility Criteria):
(a) the broker receives a promotional email or communication directly from Plenti in relation to the Promotion;
(b) the broker has an existing accreditation with Plenti;
(c) the loan application is for an unsecured consumer personal loan or a consumer automotive loan that is submitted by the broker for their broker-referred customer via their Broker Portal or API during the Offer Period;
(d) the loan application for their broker-referred customer is approved.
3. How to participate
3.1. Be a newly accredited broker with Plenti, receive a promotional email or communication directly from Plenti in relation to the Promotion and redeem this offer by completing the form supplied, submitting the application for their broker-referred customer via their Broker Portal or API during the Offer Period and contacting their Plenti Business Development or Relationship Manager.
3.2 The application is subject to credit assessment and must meet Plenti’s lending and credit criteria.
4. Other terms
4.1 No responsibility can be accepted for applications or any other information lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
4.2 The maximum available to any single broker-referred customer under the Promotion is one loan with 100% CAF discount, regardless of the number of loans applied for or accepted in the Offer Period.
4.3 Plenti reserves the right to amend or alter this offer at any time.
4.4 Plenti reserves the right to reject applications from any person (including Eligible Borrowers) for any reason at its sole discretion.
4.5 Any amount payable under this offer is inclusive of GST (if applicable). You will tell us if you have a liability for GST in respect of any amount payable under this offer. If you have a liability for GST, you will provide us with a tax invoice for the supply within 28 days of the payment.
4.6 This offer may be modified by Plenti at any time but with no less than 30 days’ notice.
4.7 These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed according to the laws in force in the State of New South Wales. Each party unconditionally and irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales and all appellate Courts from such Courts.
5. Privacy
5.1 We may collect and disclose personal information in relation to this Promotion to third parties who assist us in conducting the Referral Program. This may include your email address and name.
