What are the general Scheme eligibility criteria?

Property: Must be a WA residential property, not government, banking, or mining-owned

Eligible Goods: Must appear on the approved equipment lists (Synergy & Horizon), be installed after 1 July, and be VPP-connected with internet access

Applicants: Must be permanent Australian residents, 18+ years old, and Synergy or Horizon Power customers
