Plenti extends Broker Lockdown Toolkit
This month, Plenti extended its recently launched broker toolkit to help support partner businesses impacted by the current lockdown in Greater Sydney and now Melbourne.
We've extended our recently launched broker toolkit
The kit is designed to help support partner businesses impacted by the current lockdown in Greater Sydney and now Melbourne.
Almost four weeks into Greater Sydney’s lockdown and a second week now confirmed for Melbourne, Plenti’s Broker Lockdown Toolkit is designed to help its valued broker partner network drive and nurture new leads, identify new opportunities and generally lift morale across those businesses impacted.
The lockdown toolkit is available to brokers via Plenti’s website or its broker portal, and includes multiple items to help keep business running as smoothly as possible during this period of disruption. It includes email and marketing templates that can be customised to generate leads and simple guidance on how brokers can segment their databases to more easily identify customers who may have specific needs during the lockdown.
Plenti’s Head of Automotive Joel Pothin said: “We know this is a challenging time for our partners, and we’re working with brokers all over Australia to try – as always – to keep their business growing. Anything we can do to lessen the impact of COVID-19 induced lockdowns is helpful, and we’ve devised the lockdown toolkit with that in mind. At the same time, we know our broker network is very social, so we’ll be looking to keep spirit high with elements that are fun and interactive.”
The Broker Lockdown Toolkit also includes Uber Eats vouchers for accredited brokers as well as special entertainment opportunities and prizes.
Plenti’s Head of Personal Lending Nicki Olds said: “We learned a lot about the impact of the pandemic on our broker network and Plenti borrowers. We’re continuing to take that learning and evolve how we respond and work together to mitigate the effect on our partners’ businesses so we can all continue to grow.”
Plenti will update the Broker Lockdown Toolkit with new elements each week during the lockdown.
