Alex Duncan

Alex Duncan is Plenti’s Commercial Asset Finance Business Development Manager for WA and SA. He brings more than three years of fintech experience and a strong background in sales leadership, having previously spent over five years with AGL Energy leading state field sales, managing corporate partnerships, and driving growth across the region.

At Plenti, Alex has built and grown broker and vendor portfolios by focusing on strong relationships, clear communication, and tailored solutions that make doing business easier. Relationship-driven and highly responsive, he’s passionate about supporting brokers and being part of a company that is reshaping the lending landscape.

Outside of work, Alex is a lifelong football player and a keen endurance athlete, having tackled challenges like the Rottnest swim, Busselton Ironman, and his first Adelaide marathon. These days, most weekends are spent chasing after his two-year-old daughter, Amelia, and enjoying a Swan Draught with mates.
