Your broker portal just got an upgrade

We’ve rolled out a fresh new look to the way statuses appear in the broker portal, designed to make your life easier. With clearer labels and more intuitive stages, it’s now simpler than ever to see what’s needed to keep your deals moving.

Each status gives you a better picture of where things are at, and what (if anything) needs to be actioned, helping you stay on top of deals with less back-and-forth.

• More transparency on outstanding actions will help you keep deals progressing smoothly.
• A refreshed, intuitive layout for a better, more seamless experience.

These improvements are designed to save you time, reduce back-and-forth, and give you confidence that everything is on track.

Fewer hurdles, smoother automotive deals

We’re always listening to broker feedback, and that’s why we’ve made several important credit updates to our automotive loans in the past few months, all designed to speed up assessments and make conditional approvals easier to navigate.

Recent updates include:

• More flexible income verification (including a simplified PDF payslips policy)
• We’ve expanded our refinance criteria to support more customers across both consumer and commercial loans including Tier 3 consumer refinances (previously only available on commercial automotive loans)
• No more inspections for private sales over $65K or refinances – we’ve removed the need for mechanical inspections or service receipts to reduce friction, cut back-and-forth, and help your clients hit the road faster.
