Plenti – $100 Investor Bonus - terms and conditions (as modified 7 March 2023 to clarify Bonuses will be paid within 1 week of meeting the Eligibility Criteria)

1. Bonus offer
1.1. This offer commences at 10am AEDT on 8 December 2022. The offer will conclude at 4.59pm AEDT on 31 December 2022 or such other time which Plenti, at its discretion ends this offer pursuant to clause 4.2 of these terms and condition (Offer Period). This offer is available to all eligible Members who satisfy the Eligibility Criteria set out in clause 2.1 below.
1.2. A member of the Plenti Lending Platform (ARSN 169 500 499) (‘Plenti Lending Platform’) were emailed this offer directly from Plenti and who satisfies the conditions set out in clause 2.1 will, receive AUD$100 (the ‘Bonus’) added to their investing account on the Plenti Lending Platform (‘Portfolio’).
1.3. The Bonus will be credited by way of an addition of funds equal to AUD$100 to the relevant member’s Portfolio within one week of meeting the Eligibility Criteria. For this purpose, the responsible entity of the Plenti Lending Platform will treat the participation in the Bonus offer by a Member as an application for an addition of funds to the relevant member's holding account, made at the time that the Bonus is paid.
1.4. Only one (1) Bonus will be paid to each member under this offer.
1.5. The offer is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless expressly indicated.
2. Members
2.1. The Member is eligible to receive one (1) Bonus upon meeting the following conditions (the ‘Eligibility Criteria’):
2.1.1. The Member is an accepted member of the Plenti Lending Platform on or prior to 7 December 2022;
2.1.2. During the Offer Period, the Member must transfer AUD$1,000 or more into their holding account on the Plenti Lending Platform and place orders in the Plus Market or Flex Market such that a total of at least $1,000 is ‘on loan’ to borrowers in the Plus Market or Flex Market; and
2.1.3 The Member’s must continue to have that money ‘on-loan’ (and not withdraw or transfer any amount back to the Member’s Portfolio), in the Plus Market or Flex Market for a minimum period of three (3) consecutive months in order to be eligible for the Bonus.
2.4. Any Member who holds an AFSL, acts as an authorised representative under another person’s AFSL, carries on business as a financial advisor or planner, or otherwise carries on a financial services business in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) is ineligible to receive a Bonus.
3. Other terms
3.1. Any amounts payable to a Member are not transferable to another individual or member, are not exchangeable, and no other alternatives will be offered.
3.2. Plenti reserves the right to amend or alter this offer and reject Members not entering into the spirit of the offer.
3.3. Plenti reserves the right of ownership of any member-generated content submitted and unreserved rights of reproduction in any marketing or promotional media that it sees fit.
3.4. Members may incur a tax liability in relation to the Bonus. Any tax liabilities arising under this offer are those of the relevant member.
3.5. Any amount payable under this offer is inclusive of GST (if applicable). You will tell us if you have a liability for GST in respect of any amount payable under this offer. If you have a liability for GST, you will provide us with a tax invoice for the supply within 28 days of the payment.
3.6. The offer may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Plenti reserves the right in its sole discretion, to suspend, terminate or cancel this offer to the full extent permitted by law.
3.7. Where this offer is withdrawn, suspended, terminated or cancelled in accordance with clause 4.6, Plenti will provide five (5) days’ notice to Members via their website. All new orders placed of $1000 or more on the Plus Market or Flex Market made before the offer is withdrawn will be honoured, provided that Members satisfy all the Eligibility Criteria.
3.8. The Bonus will be credited to the relevant members Portfolio no later than 10 April 2023.
3.9 Plenti is not liable in any way for any claim or loss arising out of or in connection with referrals, including but not limited to improperly processed referrals or the provision of a Welcome Bonus.
3.10 By participating in this offer, each Member releases and indemnifies Plenti (including its officers, employees and agents) form and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the Member may have against Plenti, or that Plenti may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of the Member participating in this offer, being granted or not granted the Bonus, or using or permitting any other person to use the Referral Member’s unique URL, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
3.11 Payments will not be made to a Member if to do so would contravene any law, including but not limited to Future of Financial Advice (FOFA) laws.
3.12. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed according to the laws in force in the State of New South Wales. Each party unconditionally and irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales and all appellate Courts from such Courts.

4. Privacy
4.1 Plenti collects personal information to assist it in promoting its business and to process referrals made under this offer. By participating in this offer, unless otherwise advised, each Member expressly consents, notwithstanding any other consents already provided, to:
- Plenti (or any of its related companies) contacting an Referring Member or New Member by any means (including by electronic message or by telephone) to let the member know about goods, services or promotions which Plenti considers may be of interest to the member;
- the collection and disclosure of personal information in relation to this offer to third parties who assist us in conducting the Referral Program. This may include your email address and name.
