- Competition Rules and Conditions of Entry
1.1 Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
1.2 The is being run via the Plenti website at www.plenti.com.au and its survey partner Zoho at https://www.zoho.com during the Promotional Period.
1.3 The Competition commences at 2:30 pm 3 November 2020 and concludes at 11.59PM 8 November 2020 (‘Promotional Period’) and is open to Members of the Plenti Lending Platform who meet the Eligibility Criteria (‘Entrant’).
1.4 The Promoter of the Competition is Plenti Pty Ltd (ACN 161 376 638) at Level 5, 14 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000, Telephone: 1300 768 710 (‘Promoter’).
1.5 The Competition is only open to entrants 18 years of age or over.
1.6 Number of entries: only one entry per person.
2. Prize Draw
2.1 An Entrant will receive an entry into the draw to receive the Prize upon meeting the following conditions (‘Eligibility Criteria’) during the Promotional Period:
2.1.1 completing Plenti’s Rate Cut Survey 2020 on the Plenti website at www.plenti.com.au or at its survey provider’s website at https://www.zoho.com; and
2.1.2 providing all required information and contact details, including an email address, full name and contact phone number, on the final question of the survey.
2.2 The Prize consists of one (1) x $50 Prezzee e-gift card, subject to any written conditions provided with the Prize.
2.3 There are five (5) Prizes available (total prize pool $250).
4 Each of the five winners will be determined by random draw, to take place at 12:00PM 9 November 2020 at Plenti’s office, Level 5, 14 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000. The winners need not be present at the draw.
2.5 The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
2.6 The winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of being selected.
2.7 Each Prize will be provided to the relevant winner by way of an email code provided to the winner’s provided email address within one week of the Draw.
2.8 An Entrant can win no more than one Prize.
2.9 It is the responsibility of the Entrant to ensure that their correct email is supplied.
3. Other terms
3.1 Unless otherwise specified, a Prize, or any unused portion thereof, is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3.2 If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to provide in its place a substitute equal in value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
3.3 Any amount payable under this offer is inclusive of GST (if applicable). You will tell us if you have a liability for GST in respect of any amount payable under this offer. If you have a liability for GST, you will provide us with a tax invoice for the supply within 28 days of the payment.
3.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, prize claims and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age, place of residence and whether they are a Member of the Plenti Lending Platform) and to disqualify any person who submits an entry or prize claim that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
3.5 An entry that is incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
3.6 No responsibility can be accepted for survey entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
3.7 Plenti is not liable in any way for any claim or loss arising out of or in connection with participation in the Competition, including but not limited to improperly processed entries or the provision of a Prize.
3.8 If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition to the full
extent permitted by law and subject to any approval or directions from a regulatory authority.
3.9 The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
3.10 It is a condition of entry that the Entrant consents to the Promoter using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner of the Prize (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of the Competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products and services, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoters in the Centre(s) or otherwise.
3.11 By entering the Competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
3.12 Any disputes relating to the Competition should be directed to the Promoter at firstname.lastname@example.org and will be handled in accordance with its complaint handling policy.
4. Privacy, Spam Act and Do Not Call Register Act Statement:
4.1 The Promoter collects the entrants’ personal information to assist it in promoting its business and to process the Competition entries. By entering the Competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also expressly consents, notwithstanding any other consents already provided, to:
4.1.1 the Promoter (or any of its related companies) contacting an entrant by any means (including by electronic message or by telephone) to let the entrant know about goods, services or promotions which the Promoter considers may be of interest to the entrant;
4.1.2 the Promoter (or any of its related companies) disclosing the entrants’ personal information to other persons or entities who may:
a. assist the Promoter in promoting its business (including by sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant on the Promoter’s behalf); or
b. use that information, in any media, for their own marketing, promotional or publicity purposes
and each entrant expressly consents to such persons or entities contacting the entrant by electronic message or by telephone in relation to goods or services).
