Plenti Renewable Customer Satisfaction Survey Promotion | Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions for the Plenti Renewable Customer Satisfaction Survey Promotion (Offer) are set out below. By participating in the Offer during the Offer Period you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Offer

1.1. The Offer commences on 6 September 2021 and ends at 31 December 2021, unless extended by Plenti in accordance with clause 3.6 (Offer Period).

1.2. Plenti renewable energy loan borrowers who satisfy the Eligibility Criteria set out in clause 2.1 (Eligible Borrowers) are entitled to receive one (1) x $20 Woolworths e-gift card (Gift Card), subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. Any persons who do not meet the Eligibility Criteria are not entitled to any amounts under this Offer.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1. A person who is or becomes a Plenti renewable energy loan borrower is eligible to receive one (1) Gift Card where they meet all of the following conditions (Eligibility Criteria):

  • a) the person is a borrower under a Plenti renewable energy loan;
  • b) the person is invited to complete Plenti’s Installation Survey;
  • c) the person completes all questions in the Installation Survey within three months of the commencement of their renewable energy loan; and
  • (d) the person provides all required information and contact details, including an email address, full name and contact phone number, where indicated within the Installation Survey.

2.2. The details provided pursuant to clause 2.1(c) must materially match the information held by Plenti in relation to the renewable energy loan. 

2.3. If Plenti is unable to verify that the person who has completed the Installation Survey meets the Eligibility Criteria (including that they are an Eligible Borrower), then that person is not entitled to any amounts under this Offer.

2.4. The maximum available to any single person under this Offer is one (1) x Gift Card, regardless of the number of Installation Surveys completed by that person. 

3. Other terms

3.1. The Gift Card will be provided by way of an email to Eligible Borrowers within 14 days of completing the Installation Survey.

3.2. Plenti reserves the right to amend or alter this offer at any time. 

3.3. Plenti reserves the right to reject or invalidate Installation Survey responses from any person for any reason at its sole discretion.

3.4. This offer may be modified, withdrawn or extended by Plenti at any time.

3.5. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed according to the laws in force in the State of New South Wales. Each party unconditionally and irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales and all appellate Courts from such Courts.

4. Privacy

4.1. We may collect and disclose personal information in relation to this Promotion to third parties who assist us in conducting this Offer. This may include your email address, name, phone number and address.
