Jiarn Ruscito is Plenti’s Business Development Manager for Victoria and Tasmania, bringing over 13 years of experience in financial services. Before joining Plenti, Jiarn was National BDM at Humm Group, where he specialised in partner growth and strategic lending solutions.

Known for his thorough and solutions-focused approach, Jiarn prides himself on delivering real value to brokers—understanding their needs, offering tailored support, and being a reliable, responsive partner. He’s passionate about Plenti’s ability to innovate quickly in a fast-moving market and enjoys seeing the tangible impact of that work on his broker relationships.

Outside of finance, Jiarn is a dedicated Carlton supporter (yes, he’s heard all the jokes) and always welcomes a bit of friendly footy banter.
